About the Author

Jo Snyder is a communications professional, editor, writer and author of The Vegan Mennonite Kitchen. She grew up on a Southern Ontario crop farm in a big Mennonite family. After spending ten years in Winnipeg as a student, editor and touring musician, she moved to Vancouver to complete her Master’s of Publishing from Simon Fraser University. She currently lives in Toronto with her husband Paul Landini and Jean Luc the dog.
